VeinMiner / Veinminer Enchantment

Veinminer is a plugin of convenience used on LegisCraft to make mining less tedious and (in my opinion), more fun and balanced. It allows for breaking all connected ores of the same time. LegisCraft has locked this behind the Veinmine enchantment which can only be obtained through an enchantment table not through villagers.

How to Use

It's pretty simple. You must be using a pickaxe enchanted with Veinmine, and if you are mining ores and want them to be vein-mined you MUST SNEAK. If you have both (Veinmine enchantment + Sneaking), VeinMiner will attempt to break up to 12 adjacent ores of the same time. It also has a cooldown of 3 seconds in between each use.

VeinMine also respects other enchantments, most notably Fortune. If you have Fortune on your pickaxe, VeinMine will fortune-mine all attached ores (up to 12).

Troubleshooting / FAQs

"I have the enchant but it's not working!"

Please make sure that you're using a pickaxe that can mine that ore (ie. a stone pickaxe cannot mine diamonds) and sneaking while mining the ore.

"It worked a second ago, why isn't it working now!"

If you are meaning literally 1 second ago, VeinMine has a cooldown of 3 seconds.

"Will VeinMine mine x, y, or z?"

If it is not an ore, then the answer is no. It is configured to only work on #c:ores.

"VeinMine isn't mining all of the ores!"

VeinMine will only mine a maximum of 12 connected ores of any type.
